Recently, during the 111th National Sugar and Wine Fair (Shenzhen), Huo Huiwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanxi Liyu Jiao Coal Group Co., Ltd., Hou Qingquan, President of the Lvliang Baijiu Industry Association, Hao Wenjun, Chairman of Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor Group Co., Ltd., and Xu Tangfeng, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor Group Co., Ltd., embarked on a journey of industry exchange and learning. They visited leading enterprises in the industry such as Huawei, Sichuan Liquor Group, Luzhou Laojiao, and Langjiu, as well as institutions like the 1919 Liquor Platform Technology Company, Oracle Design Company, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's multi-functional economic and trade platform, to gain experience, broaden their horizons, and jointly seek new development paths for the industry.
In order to leverage the Autumn Sugar Fair to connect with liquor distributors and partners from across the country, and to promote the brand influence and market position of Lvliang Mountain Liquor from Xinghuacun Liquor Group, Xinghuacun Liquor Group actively organized participation in the Autumn Sugar Fair. They set up their booth in a core position adjacent to the Fenjiu booth, with an area twice that of the Xinghuacun World Wine Expo, showcasing a grand brand image and product display, and connecting with numerous domestic and international distributor partners.
At Huawei, they gained an in-depth understanding of the innovative measures during the company's digital transformation process, observed advanced digital production processes and intelligent office environments, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with Huawei's technical experts and management team. They focused on learning about Huawei's innovative applications in cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, as well as how to enhance operational efficiency, optimize management processes, and strengthen market competitiveness through these technological means. Additionally, they discussed Huawei's strategies for talent cultivation, ecosystem building, and addressing future challenges during the digital transformation process. This observational learning provided valuable experience for the subsequent exploration of digitalization and intelligence in the liquor industry.

During discussions with Sichuan Liquor Group, they conducted in-depth discussions around the integration of liquor enterprises, improving industry concentration, enhancing product quality and market competitiveness, and creating new flagship brands in the liquor industry. They also engaged in deep exchanges on jointly creating regional brands, refined market operations, and national brand layout, reaching preliminary cooperation intentions. In the future, they will cooperate on multiple levels to jointly promote the upgrading and internationalization of the liquor industry.
At the 1919 Liquor Platform Technology Company, they learned strategies for online and offline integrated sales using internet platforms, innovating liquor marketing models, and accurately grasping consumer needs, providing valuable insights and industry insights for the diversified development of the liquor industry.

During on-site visits to well-known domestic liquor companies such as Luzhou Laojiao and Langjiu, they absorbed successful experiences in areas such as historical and cultural excavation, brand image shaping, modern production processes, cultural tourism landscape creation, factory planning and construction, and innovative communication models. They also engaged in in-depth exchanges with the management and technical experts of the liquor companies, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Lvliang liquor industry.

At the Shuijingfang Museum, through the rich displays and professional explanations within the museum, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the historical heritage, brewing techniques, and unique liquor culture of Shuijingfang.

In addition, they visited a well-known oracle bone design company in China, which is very professional in liquor packaging design and serves first-line liquor brands nationwide such as Jiangsu Yanghe, Moutai 1935, Shuijingfang, and Shanxi Fenjiu. They learned professional knowledge in packaging design and brand image shaping, providing new inspiration and ideas for liquor product packaging design. Creating high-end, personalized, and branded products relies on top-notch packaging and creative design.
In Chongqing, they held discussions with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's multi-functional economic and trade platform, initially planning cooperation paths in areas such as brand internationalization promotion, industry standard formulation, and market expansion. They exchanged successful experiences, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in economic and trade, culture, and industry integration among all parties. This also provides new opportunities and platforms for the Lvliang liquor industry to enter the international market and achieve industrial upgrading.
During the research process, Huo Huiwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanxi Liyu Jiao Coal Group Co., Ltd., stated that we must have a sense of mission, responsibility, and urgency. We must undertake the mission and responsibility for the prosperous development of the Shanxi Lvliang liquor industry, fully applying the advanced experiences gained from this research, combining them with the actual situation of Xinghuacun Liquor Group, further optimizing the industrial structure, and leveraging the group's continuous high-quality development in traditional fields. By integrating regional liquor resources and expanding market influence, we strive to seek breakthroughs in the liquor industry and build Xinghuacun Liquor Group into the second largest state-owned enterprise in the field of light-flavored liquor.
This research deeply understood the development models and successful experiences of well-known domestic enterprises, providing valuable references and insights in areas such as strategic management, innovation capability, operational management, and corporate culture and talent management.
